Cool. Still pretty lame. TRD has a much more storied history, and cooler badging. If we are talking strictly toyota specialty racing anyways.

Kinda interesting. Not a fan of how they left holes for a typical dual exhaust though.

EDIT: unless those holes are for lights...?

TRD's history is more in line with politics, since it involved two other companies.

Even to this day, TRD is a name but a gigantic mess worldwide, with 3 separate entities running the same brand.

^This... this is why there will be never TRD Worldwide. So we'll never see TRD JP parts selling in TRD US. Sad sad world we live in.

Is that also why we won't see Gazoo name here? There are articles on the next Supra wearing the Gazoo badge overseas, but will they just slap TRD on for us?

TBH IDK how they gonna do Supra here in US. It doesn't make sense to put it as TRD Supra in US, cuz TRD US is pretty much offroad specialist now. This is going off topic, but I think US will get Supra is Toyota Supra and we won't get GR Supra (which is high end Supra)... Unless, Morizo bring GR to US.

"Order the parts"...

Have you tried ordering TRD parts before? Which parts? From what dealer?

Most of the orderable parts stateside (that you can get from a Toyota dealer) are not parts you can buy in Japan, most of them are sourced from a vendor or OE supplier on the US side.

Most of the Japan parts, you can inquire but you will get one of two replies:

"Yes we can get it but it's special order, blah blah. Oh and no warranty."
"No we can't get it."
