Heh, I'll take "free" over "most expensive in the first world" any day.
According to wiki Canada spends about half as much per Capita as the U.S. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...ure_per_capita And just like your system, 'average' means those of us better off are paying for those less fortunate. |

While there is definitely room for improvement, it is an extremely capable setup out of the box and you can have a LOT of fun without dumping a ton of money into it. |

Suntek CXP tints 25% all the way around and 70% on the front windshield. An absolute must in sunny Florida. I hardly need to wear my sunglasses while driving now.

Can't see it it'd be better if you could screenshot then post it here. Personally for me I have had no issues all summer running a UEL and Stage 2 E85 tune, I am most definitely making 190-200 at the wheels as are others running it who have dynoed it. It's well worth the money if you don't have access or the capital to have a custom tune done or an ecutek e-tune

You have the catback exhaust already. As I understand, Canada is pretty strict with emissions so gutting cats is out, but gutting the header and using a spacer for the P0420 is free and yields big gains with a tune. I went a different route since I don't want the noise of an open header. You can get a flash tuner like OFT used for under $500. You can get a used Unichip for less than half that. I have Unichip and a 93 tune- the results are dyno proven by others and the car is better to drive than before. I'm sure an ECU tune would be better, but I like cheap, fully untraceable, reversible in 15 minutes and conservative. I'm not tuned right to the edge, I still have plenty of margin for error if something goes wrong. I don't trust any gas station manager to always put 93 in the 93 tank. If i hear a knock, I can flick a switch and fix it if I get bad gas. A drop in gives the same power as a full intake (which is not much) but a full intake looks and sounds better. It's not a sucking noise or a hiss or anything, it's a whole different sound. If the sound is important to you, find one used for cheap. I got mine second hand and I love it. If sound and looks don't matter, IMHO you should save your money and get nothing unless you can get it cheap- a drop in just doesn't provide enough of anything to be a worthwhile upgrade on a budget. The tune will be right around your $500 mark if you get a second hand tuner. Watch Craigslist and the classifieds here. As people upgrade to FI they sell off their old mods. |

Except its not hazardous, that's blatant misinformation, I've data-logged quite a bit and found that these tunes are quite conservative and very safe.
