My brother and I happened to stumble on a Nissan GTR meet near where he lives. There were also a few R32 Skylines, a group of Supras, MkIV and MkV, and some other cool stuff. It was fun watching, and hearing the GTRs and Supras leave. Gave me goosebumps! I wish I had taken some videos!

How is the IRP shifter working out? I've driven one and the reverse lockout was a bit hard to use
So glad I invested in the IRP shifter, haven't had issues with the reverse lockout.

I have been to at least 12 meets/cruises around Canada and the US with as few as 8 cars and as many as 150 and have not seen that sort of activity at any of them. Even the big Norcal meet with all the cars there I didn't see any of that going on. Nothing wrong with meets or cruises since most behave fine.
I can't say it has never happened, but we shut it down real quick. We work really hard to host the events we do and fighting the stigma of groups like this is most of the work I take the brunt of. Events and videos of events like this have consequences that most don't realize or don't care about

It was a little surreal, especially because we had no idea it was happening! Nobody was driving crazy or anything, they were all being responsible. But a GTR with a good exhaust sounds amazing. So many Godzillas!!

I was very impressed by how well behaved everybody was. Now, I can vouch for after we all split up since Spike was my driver and he seemed a bit nervous at first and took it very easy.

I'm sure there are plenty of good groups out there, but I don't think they exist in Oregon. I have seen a couple of these freeway swarms before, it's amazing to me how badass they think they are while doing it to. One of them was a local Subaru group who always leaves their "spotted" cards on my windshield witch I promptly throw away.

One of the groups that I hung out with were @Ultramaroon 's buddies in Portland. They were all well behaved. The only issue was how loud they laughed when Ultra tried to leave the restaurant parking lot we were in and ended up in the McDonalds lot next door instead. There are good guys in that area just like everyplace else.

He has a valid point but precautions can be in place.

I skimmed through the video but immediately stopped watching after I heard a pop tune.
Something about UEL headers and a pop tune really makes me dry heave. I guess I'm not the demographic for that broken car sound.
