I'm not sure that makes any sense but whatever. So what is it you know about the 2016 refresh again?

I think the new Mustang is going to surprise a lot of people. The car is going to be global, and Ford knows it has to make a good first impression overseas. I think it's going to redefine what a muscle car can be.

Reading comprehension only works with comprehensible writing though...

I also don't see us becoming 'bros' with your current attitude so please don't call me that. Thanks a bunch.

AW11 MR2 went from 4age (1984) to 4agze (1988) with an SC. I have one.
SW20 MR2 Went from 5SFE to 3SGTE.
ZZW30 MRS (They just call it that in japan, it's MR2 everywhere else) Went from 1zz to 1zz turbo.

Celica T160 went from 4AFE to 3SGTE AWD.
Celica T180 went from 4AFE to 3SGTE AWD.
Celica T200 went from 7AFE to 3SGTE AWD.
Celica T230 went from 1ZZ to 2ZZ.

As for rear view camera adding weight, my dump weighs more than that on a daily basis.
That is a little misleading, especially in the more recent history. The second gen MR2 came with the 5SFE and 3SGTE from the start. The last generation Celica was offered with both the 1ZZ and 2ZZ from the start. The MR-S never really got a 1ZZ turbo. That was a dealer installed kit available only in Europe and the car was already dead in the US.

Let me add the last two gens Supra which also came with a NA and turbo version from day one.

In the last 25 years, Toyota has not really bumped the power on their sporty cars during a model run outside of minor tuning changes which may have resulted in a little (very little) more power.

Fair call.
SW20 for the US market, yes. Although the JDM Beams engine was a pretty significant increase.
Celica actually offered just the 2ZZ in Australia.
ZZW30 did get a turbo from the UK.

I don't know about you all but the 2015 STi looks good. The specs!!! 13.1 in the quarter mile! 13:1 steering ratio! stiffer chassis.

Yea, she had been chewing it for like 6 hours and wanted it gone. I didn't have a cup or anything in the car for her to spit it in, and she doesn't swallow (See what I did there)

If you want a souped up Impreza, the Sti is a great car (I had an 08 hatch and loved it), but no matter what mods you do, it will never be a sports car. I think the fact that the BRZ is one of the most popular "next cars" for people over at iwsti says a lot.

Also, anyone know if the new sti chassy is as stiff as the brz's? Might be hard to tell due to different suspension setups, but I have a hunch it isn't. Would love to be wrong about this!
