Question Noob with a leased FRS..what can I mod?

Hey all, new here and was hoping to get some ideas from some of you enthusiasts! I am a big noob when it comes to cars, but this car is easy to love without even knowing how all the parts really work. What was most important to me in my decision to pick this sexy beast up was the appearance, fun to drive, unique design, and fuel economy.

That being said, I leased this bad boy for 36 months (leased for affordable payments). I understand the concept of leasing and that you aren't allowed to change the car in permanent ways if you plan on giving it back at the end. As much as I love it, I'm not sure if I will keep this car beyond the lease (family may grow) so i'm not going to do anything I can't reverse completely and easily.

So far I was thinking of adding some red leds in the footwells using the 12v port and just running the cord as neat as possible, and changing the antenna to a beatsonic shark fin. Any other leasers (or others) out there with some ideas on some easilly reversible mods that a noob like me can do?

Thanks everyone!

You could always vinnyl wrap it, change the turn signals lights, adding a yospeed plaque and if you want you could out a different intake filter to make it sound different

Easy reversible mods that will make a difference.

1. Tires (keep your stock tires for when you turn the car back in)
2. Open Flash Tablet ECU Tune - More power, smoother run, free e85 tune
3. Spacers will bring the wheels flush with the fenders
4. Window tint - The dealer won't care if you add this
5. Weighted shift knob - Makes shifting more enjoyable, smoother
6. Shifter springs - dealer wont know, makes shifting yet even better
7. Unequal Length Header - Will make your car sound meaner and give more mid-range torque. bolts on/off in less than an hour.
8. Plug sound generator tube hole in passenger footwell with 12v plug in glove box to get rid of that nasty piped-in induction sound.
9. Drop-in filter in OEM intake 2-5 HP + smoother revving
10. Armrest
*Bonus - Vinyl wrap or plasti-dip interior trim pieces, easily reversible.

its yours for 3 years.

Mod it how you like.

Most mods are pretty easily reversible.
Wheels, suspension, exhaust, headlights, tails etc...

2JZ-GTE swap. Once lease is almost up, swap the FA20 back in with low miles. Mindf*ck the dealer.

I had to look up that a 2Jz-GTE was an engine, so now I get this car-guy joke.

I'm also on lease. In my opinion, do whatever you want short of turbo/supercharger.

Pretty much everything DAEMANO said. Just don't do something like paint the hood flat black.

I only said that b/c I have seen too many new owners wrap their car around a tree. I modded the car first cuz I own it. Modding driver is next
