New Wheel Studs Question

So im running a +20 offset in the rear. On the stock studs ive got about.5" if stud to grab onto. Im going to replace the OEM with ARP studs, but cant decide between 1.75" or the 1.95" (i think the 2.535" would be way too long?)

On the front im at a +33 to clear the TRD SE Brembos.

The main thing I want to avoid is going too long stud wise in the rear that I have to do open ended nuts and then the front wont match.

1.95" will be enough. 1.75" is stock size.

I run the 2.5" with a 10mm spacer. You can fit a close ended but on with no spacer but they will be considerably longer.

I run the 2.5" with a 10mm spacer. You don't need those, plus you need to do some trimming to the nipple on the stud to make it fit in the rear.
Ahh, i was just searching for the stock size to confirm.. Thanks!

What kind of trimming? so that the stud can be inserted from the rear without taking the hub off?

It is possible yes. I initially tried to remove the rear hub, but it was stuck on good. 2 winters put enough corrosion that they were seized on tight.

Post 12. I used a Dremel and cut off the ends, which allowed me to squeeze them in at a angle by rotating the hub. I've since cleaned them up further but no pic of the final result.

Nice, yea thats kinda what I was envisioning... my a 2019 so it should have only seen 1 possibly 2 real winters... im hoping for some good DIY luck..

Is there a min length of avail stud for the nut to sufficiently grab? or is it just a % of the total length of the stud that should be avail for the nut?

Copied this from an earlier post I made when I went through this:

The stock size are 1.70-1.75" depending on what brand you use. The ARP "stock size" is 1.75"(no nipple) and the 1.95"(nippled) is really the same thread but just has an extra .2" of nipple. I am using the 2.535"(nippled) ones which gives an extra 20mm total but minus the nipple about 15mm more threading to get a spacer in there. I'm only doing a 5mm spacer, possibly 10mm, but I'll still have enough room to use a closed end lug nut which is why I am not using the longest 3" ARP stud that most people use.

Firstly I have 9.5" wide wheels.

Im running 5mm (as soon as they are delivered) spacers on the front with +38 offset and +20 in the rear. I really love the 9.5" wide and +20 mm setup in the rear. Ill snag some pictures later today.
