This looks like a sheet metal upgrade. The core unibody looks the same. Modular 2.4 engine crammed in.

-Dash looks flat, i dont see a tablet stuck onto the top of it, just the gauge cluster hood.
-And im not liking the fact they have the Lexus F side vent....wish it had its own design. -It appears the front tire bulges are gone, the hoodline seems to have been raised up to match the top of the old bulges. Dunno if its enough to have an i4 fit, but maybe a turbo option could now? |

The bubbled front fenders are def gone, that's a bummer, that's one of my fav features. Definitely looks like they've supraized it, I even see some bmw in it. Looks like it will still look good but to me doesn't seem as clean and more overdone.

Anybody see the Rocket Bunny style accent on the rear arch? How it cuts in in the back.

The front windows look more narrow... Hopefully it's an illusion of the wrap.

The absent flared fenders (which will be missed) and raised hood/bonnet makes the engine proposition interesting, if it's going to be NA to not compete with the 2L Supra could it be getting something with more character?
I assume the FA24 wouldn't need much more space over the FA20, so does that suggest it won't actually be the FA24 as speculated... LET FURTHER SPECULATION BEGIN! |

The new design is not my cup of tea... The original exterior I think is much better...
Waiting on mechanical updates to leak. |

- Subaru EyeSight
- Third brake in duck bill spoiler looks like this might be a 350z -> 370z type generation. |

When the original video came out (last week?), I thought the tails had a very Imprezaesque look to the shape. These photos really add to that, finally giving the eventual BRZ a more cohesive look with the rest of the Subaru lineup.
Now the only question is, whose face are we looking at right now? Headlight art makes me think Toyota. (And I'm still gunning for another happy face on the BRZ.) |
