step 1 :buy frs in phx, step 2: drive to pikes peak

here are some shitacious iphone3 pics because my camera pooped itself at the base of pikes peak. PIKES PEAK!!!

here is beck picking up her car on wednesday.

it's funny how everyone kept walking up to me asking if i just bought it, and i got to point at her and say no.

2 hours later we jammed pchan into the back seat

he quickly passed out

and were on our way to colorado. murdering many bugs along the way




got there super early slept for a bit, then left the dog with becks' family and...



i got to semi check off an item on the bucket list. yeah, i wasn't in the hill climb, but there were alot of open sections and i have been known to bend the law.













blue sky corners are nutty at moderate speed, i would love to take one at speed in a properly prepped car.

here is one from the ride home through...

I missed Pikes Peak again this year, my dad and sister were begging me to drive my FR-S down to watch the races. Would have loved to watch Rhys go 9:46 sitting at devil's playground. Right in the middle of that switch back is one of the best seats in the house until it starts snowing

yeah, a little bit. but not horribly so, i just kept the revs up.
