From what I've seen, it's pushlock hose. You'd have to find a local speed shop or hydraulic hose shop to get it.

100% wrong...

Made my first runs with the SC on the track yesterday - EcuTek maps supplied by "JR Tuned".
I have the JR oil cooler, Koyo radiator, and Mishimoto Racing Thermostat installed as well.
The air temp was 95F with high humidity and I never saw a oil temp higher than 240F.
It took three 1.82 mile cool down laps to get it back to 200F when I was done with each session.
Very happy with the performance.

I was running at Harris Hill Road.

We only get to run at COTA a few times each year.
The BRZ already had a big advantage on the COTA s-curves but was lacking power on the long straights. The JR SC should be a great equalizer.
All those Caymans are going to get a big surprise on the back straight when I run there next time ;-)

I've had no issues with my kit. I've got over 6k miles too.

I did have a little oil seepage from the oil cooler plate, but that was my fault (didn't tighten the center bolt properl). I'm a noob to SC installs...

Absolutely love this setup now that I got a new tune from @moto-mike. Just back from 2 days at NJMP Lightning track, perfectly smooth and strong power delivery, 226F peak oil temps at 72F ambient, JR oil cooler and euro Castrol 0w30.

Very good, people without the oil cooler see temps up to about 270s on track.

If you do any spirited driving, I'd recommend you get it. 240F under cruising is common without one.

The car REALLY should have come with something from the factory. Foresters have one, WRXs have one... even my S2k comes with one.

i had a lengthy conversation with the Jacksons and they reassured me that while its a great idea to have it, for me personally i really dont need it. my goal is to get the FI done some time this year and then recoup from the financial blow and then get the oil cooler.
