I know how to flip the orientation on the older tablets, but if that option still exists it’s not in the same menu location with V2 tablet. Unless you know something I don’t?!

My fueling was off a good deal on the 2017 K00C tune. Had to scale my MAF to get AFR to match the commanded AFR. I was running a but lean in open loop. You all might want to do a log and compare.

I'm also having to pull a little timing to redulce FLKC. Trying to do it with the IAT compensations. Will report results of that later.

Hi Steve,
quick sanity check, you uploaded a def file A01G in the original post that has additional tables compared to OTS 4.0 def, like Engine load, etc. so can we use your Def file instead, just change the A01G to our own cal id, ie F00C and make changes to engine loads, MAF scale per wayno, then save the new file and upload via OFT with no issues?
basically, using your def file (edited with our own cal ID in txt file) vs the one provided with OFT ?

thanks in advance,
neil

After flashing to v4 tune on my 18 BRZ, everywhere but the torque dip definitely feels much stronger than stock. The only issue I feel is that the torque dip feels much worse than stock. Has anyone else felt this way? I am running State 1 tune on 94 pump.

Sorry i haven't read most of the new posts, but i have flashed the new tunes and goodness.... I cant believe you guys are doing so much for us. The cold start valve overlap removal and cold start on e85 makes me want to buy a v2 just to say thanks. I am in norcal so we haven't seen much cold weather since i flashed the new updates, but before i couldn't start on first try under 55ish. So far i have been down to 49 and fired right up. Also my neighbors thank you for the valve overlap fix. I tried a couple things but didnt want to get to far out there. I am almost catless (cnt midpipe with tiny HF cat, catless header) and it was a bit obnoxious before. Before the new tunes i had also went back to 91 since i couldnt start half the time. Now im burning corn juice and i almost dont remember until i smell it. I might buy a sticker just to rep. LOL. Sorry to sound so stupid but im pretty happy so far a month into running them.

Ok. I loaded V4 last night without any issues. Compared to V3 it seems smoother and a bit more even in the power delivery, though total power seems on par with V3, but I’ll need to give it a few miles to be sure.

What tune are on? Stage 1, 2, or 2+?

V4 stage 2+ is much better than v3 on the 2017 manual cars. I feel like v3 basically was just there to turn the check engine light off. V4 makes quite a bit more power and is quite a bit smoother as well.
