The HID version doesn't have a DRL/high beam bulb. It uses a bi-xenon set up like the US Monogram headlights.

I'm not familiar with monogram lights, so same as valenti?

They're the same in the sense that they both use bi-xenon projectors, both low beam and high beam are from the same bulb.

I'll look into the repin method and see if it works. I wish some of the people who have successfully installed Valentis would chime in.

JT.86 Do you know what the white wire sticking out of the headlight is for? I've figured out all of the functions of the 8 pins in the socket, but I'm down to that last separate white wire.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the turn signals since that's the only function left that I haven't traced.

The white wire that's in a bullet connector is the same white wire in the harness connector. They're both for the DRL LEDs. I didn't wire it.

My DRL doesn't work though... at least in Auto mode. When I switch the stalk to DRL, my brows and led light at the same time.

Does your turn signals work? Do you know which wires are for the turn signals?

On mine, I believe the brown and green powers up the eyebrow. White and orange powers up the DRL. I wasn't able to get my turn signals to function.

yeah you're right, brown and green was connected to the two remaining pins on the car side (ones that does come with any pins). white (pin2) is for positive DRL LEDs, orange is positive for turn signal.

Thanks for the help. I'll fiddle around with it some more tonight.

let me know what you end up doing with DRL wiring. I removed the DRL resister and that's it. Didn't wire anything from that connector to the lights. Probably why my DRL doesn't automatically light up during the day.

For signal (OJ) i tapped it to one of the wires of the blinker, and the LED (white) to another wire of the blinker.

Ok I'm struggling once again. My orange (-) and white (+) when connected lights up the white leds above the turn signals.

My green (-) and brown (+) lights up the eyebrows. I'm bench testing off of a portable 12v source and not directly off of my car so I'm wondering if that's the issue. I don't see why it would, but I'm stumped.

If it's not too much trouble could you please confirm the wiring on the turn signals? Thanks

I also tried connecting your way with orange being (+) and white being (-) but that did nothing.
