Ah, the Tamiya kit! Is it purely a RHD JDM 86, or does it have options to build it as an LHD model?

A forthcoming version from Aoshima will have both left and right hand drive options, but unfortunately no engine detail. Only the Toyota GT86 versions are available, but it should be easily convertible to FR-S with decals.

Cool! I've seen the listing for the Aoshima kit on HLJ. Looks good. I believe they said on their Facebook page that the Scion markings were included by specific request of Toyota.

I've only seen smaller diecasts. The largest I've seen is the 1:43 Ebbros and while they're nice, they're still pretty small.

Awesome!

I'm waiting for AutoArt to make an FRS/GT86.

They have the old AE86 and I love the attention to detail on these things. Expensive but so nice to look at.
