Ride is pretty awesome on my Tein SRC.

It's different though, and anything with stiffer springs will bring obvious changes. For the spring rates, the ride honestly still amazes me - I can't say plush, but pretty darned close. There are things that are less comfortable than stock, but most things seem notably improved.

All that to say, don't cheap out and you'll probably land in a much happier place. A good package can get a better ride with higher spring rates (and probably stiffer damping settings too!)

That said, I suspect a progressive rate aftermarket spring may get you what you want. Not having researched springs, I can't point you anywhere...

RSR down springs drop .6" front and rear, i have Swift sports coming myself though.

For coilovers i would suggest RSR, Bilstein, ST, or the new Tein that are coming out.

Springs (RCE or Swift). St coils, Tien Flex Z (when released). Or have a big budget. lol

There are a wide range of options out there to suit your needs.
You can go with springs and a nice set of struts, or go full coil-overs.

For a small drop and comfort, going with springs and struts may be a good idea.

Coil-overs give you a lot of adjustability for the money, but usually you need to spend a decent amount $$ for something decently smooth. All just depends on budget.

as you can see here...Suspension There is a lot to choose from.

ST suspension happens to have a special rebate going on this month for their products which is a nice way to get would could be a better setup.
Info on ST Rebate

If you need any help picking a setup, let me know

"Best comfy coilover setup?"
Penskes on 4k springs.
Seriously, you need to give a budget.
Have a read of this brilliant thread by @Racecomp Engineering for a introduction of what NOT to do if you want to keep your suspension working properly.

Nope, we want "comfy" so I would be willing to compromise and go 5k/5k but no more.

I will call your 20k/25k and raise you with bagged suspension filled with light machine oil (air is for wimps) to give that little bit of added damping control.

Best comfy: TRD or STi springs, since it is a coilover: coil spring over shock.

Road trip on 10/12k springs today... Great, except the roads with chunks missing all the way across. Think really bad cracks. Lovely Michigan highway. A couple bridges were a nice back massage, I swear the surface was scalloped. The rest? Awesomely comfy. My wife knit happily the whole 7 hour drive. That seems a pretty solid endorsement for a comfy plush ride to me!

Only problem was finding myself accidentally at 100 entering the highway. I was trying to notice the car was turning...
