Yep, too bad they didn't make the entrances large enough for you.

Thanks. Ups and downs... The older we get, the more precious better days become. Keep the faith, my man. You'll bounce back soon.

Saw that too. I'm much more interested in why. Lots of the fitment industries guys left there recently-ish also. I wonder if there's a downturn in the industry we're not seeing yet.

While I feel bad for the guy, I also want to know why they let him go. I've seen him and Tomas on SubiSpeed/FTSpeed since shortly after I got my first twin in 2014. So in a way they were the face of that company.

I wonder why also. My own brain's theory is self promotion via the company channel. It wasn't an obnoxious amount but it was noticeable and that's a no no with a lot of companies.

It always came across the other way to me, like he was shilling for FT/Subispeed on his personal channel and not being up front about it. Guess I get to take that one back.

It's been going around here too. Most people I know have had a cold/flu of some sort the past few weeks. I had one two weeks ago that lasted a week and now I'm having another flare-up of congestion/cough/sneeze.

Get well soon.

My office (7 employees) has basically been a revolving door of colds, flu, and COVID for the 3 months.

We're able to work from home if sick, but since several employees have young kids, they are bringing around a fresh batch of sick every other week.

We've all had COVID at some point this year (some people multiple times), and it seems like recovering from basic colds is just taking a lot longer now.

Hope ya'll recover swiftly.

The plague went through my work. I mostly avoided it but we had up to 1/3 of the building out at a time for a couple weeks around Thanksgiving.

with interest rates on the rise, and inflation out of control, i'm hears lots of indicators in all sorts of markets that 2023 is going to be one of the most horrific years most of us have ever seen.

just finished talking with a large builder, they typically sell 40-60 houses per month, they're actually negative sales right now--had more sales cancellations than new sales. and talked with a realtor the other day, her realtor group went from $6mill in sales last year to $1mill in sales this year, with forecasts anticipating almost no housing market movement by febuary 2023, which has been entirely unheard of for the last 10+ years. she said she's got newer associates that are absolutely losing their minds right now, as they've never seen a lack of housing market interest like this before...

amazon's laying off staff, twitter no longer counts, facebook dropping people.

we're on the cusp of a good number of things. a lot of people are holding their breath, waiting to see how different government arms react and what they attempt to implement to offer a correction to the situation.

imo, it's shaping up to be slightly more 'interesting' than 2020.
