Train to DFW, truck to OKC. Is yours coming in through Houston? It should say so on your window sticker.
Mine is port of Richmond and I'm in DFW. Window sticker says delivery by truck. Is that referring to after the train?

Yep. Because it will be delivering more than just Subaru's to that rail head. Then from there, it will get put on a truck and delivered to your local dealer.

Using trucks that can only deliver 8 at a time vs a train that can deliver hundreds at a time halfway across the country......well you can see how much more inefficient that would be.

and less stopping I would assume lol. Well, hopefully it won't be more than 1-2 weeks before I get it.

The hold up for me was lack of truck drivers. My car sat at the rail head for just over 2 weeks before they finally found a truck to get it on and bring to OKC. My dealer was waiting on 40 cars alone.

My BRZ has been on a train for over 5 weeks now (was loaded on train 8/23 according to MySubaru) and has not made it to the railhead yet. Has anyone else had their car on a train this long?

FYI my BRZ is going from port in Richmond, CA to railhead in KC

9/26 Cassens vin search showed my assigned vin

Still no update on delivery. My dealer is approx 3 hr drive from Cassens and has had 2-3 trucks with Foresters and Crosstreks since the 26th until today 10/1. I am assuming I am super close, especially since Cassens has it in their system and several dealers have vin cars past mine already on their lots. Still no update on mySubaru, so best guess is that I will not see any change there.

I keep seeing random rumors that deliveries are being delayed. Has anyone heard anything about this from a reliable source?

I was told October 24th a few weeks ago. Last week, I got a call last week with the salesman saying he doesn't know anymore

My initial delivery month when ordered was August, in July it was pushed to September. In September I was given the deliver date estimate of Sept 25. It's October 5th and I still don't have my car... should be any day now... I hope.

I ordered on 7/21 and am now being told to expect it in December. I was originally told Octoberish, but that seemed to optimistic for how late I ordered. I currently only have a von to go off on and will try to call SOA to see if they have any updates.

Seems like everything is all over the place now. I ordered in May with an ETA of Nov. Fast forward today. ETA is now pushed to Dec. I won't be surprised if it gets pushed to Jan. or Feb. even.

Approx 4 months from VON to VIN, 1 month from VIN to delivery, 2-3 weeks from mySubaruwindowsticker to delivery. mySubaru never updated anything

Where did you find your dealer number to enter on the Cassens search? I can’t find it for mine.

My info delivery disappeared from MySubaru.com once it got to the railhead.
