Borla Catback #140496 Exhaust
Currently looking into installing this exhaust system on my BRZ. What do you guys think? Good move? Bad move? Thanks!

I am sure it will sound good being borla but I can tell you the quality will be lacking as I have their headers and they are much lower quality then I would have liked to see, but I got them at a wicked price so I don't even care anymore haha!

I had a borla axle back. It was pretty decent. No glaring issues and the quality was acceptable for the asking price. |

I have the #11839 axle back, and I really like it.
The Cat back like you reference does seem to hang a bit low in regards to the muffler, if that is a concern. I installed one on a friends FR-S, and install was pretty easy. |

What do you guys think about the Invidia N1 Exhaust? Would it be a better exhaust than the Borla I'm looking to get?

I highly recommend searching on youtube to listen to sound clips. The N1 is pretty loud (now, that's subjective so YMMV). The Borla sounds a little more refined. Quality wise, Invidia may have a better quality, but I think the price typically reflects that as well. Please share your goals and your target price range, and I'm sure folks can help you consider some good options.

You have future plans about installing a header? Or just a catback for sound and outstand from others?

Wow I like the sound it makes and it's cheaper! Are there any cons about it over an Invidia or Borla? Thanks for suggesting it!
