I finally broke down and ordered a header. It's cheap, but since I plan to go turbo eventually, it's a throw away part and only needs to last a couple of years (If I have problems with it, I can go back to the stock header).

As a DD, how much does the lower height and front lip change your driving? Many normal places you can't go, like up parking garage spiral entrances or speed bumps?

How does it take the eventual scraping that does happen? Any nasty bumper flexing and so forth?

I haven't had any major problems or damage with scraping etc. I go most anywhere I'd take an FRS/BRZ anyways, but I'm not excessively lowered, only 1". I knocked a chip out of the splitter on a parking curb tho, but it's taken a good bit of abuse.
