0W-20 full synthetic oil for $3.49 a quart

Just a heads up Napa is selling their store branded 0W-20 full synthetic oil for $3.49 a quart for the remainder of August. The oil is actually made by Valvoline for Napa.

Seems like a pretty good deal to me.

As someone who used to work for Valvoline, I can say that I would happily use this Napa oil for that price. It's the same oil.

Good looking out. I run that in my wife's TSX all the time and she's at 140,000 miles and still running strong.

Did you buy one of the Platinum filters while you were at it? Had a instant $5 rebate with purchase of 5 quarts and Platinum filter. NAPA oil meets the SN and GF-5 specs. in the owners manual. You can't beat $3.49 a quart. They put it on sale fairly regularly.

They did not make a platinum filter in the correct size. I bought a gold filter.

it's kinda subjective. your best bet is to hit BITOG and look at VOA and UOA data and come to your own conclusion about it. Mopar/SRT performance oil is Valvoline fwiw. but USDM Ferrari's use Pennzoil, and the Vette's use M1. it's really up to you. for the most part if you keep up with changes tho it doesn't make a huge difference. 250000miles later maybe, but not the first 100000

I got a Platinum filter from my NAPA store. Guy handed me a Gold one first and I said this isn't the right one. What I did was search WIX filters first to get their part number and then did a lookup/exchange on the NAPA site and got the number. WIX makes filters for NAPA. Platinum filter is $12.94 and is made for running synthetic oil.
