Along with that I'd assume a smaller pulley, and larger injectors. Oh and of course a tune!

And without further ado....

Cosworth advertises for the supercharger tunes 2.0, 2.1, and 2.3. I don't have, nor can I afford, the awesome headers. So, I emailed Cosworth for a tune as I already had the 1.2 setup. A few days later, I had the 2.2 tune!

Other Goodies to accompany

TRD Radiator Cap

10 Series Headlights... finally

I assume they don't advertise it as on the sheet that comes with the tuning options doesn't have 2.2 listed. When I asked, they said they could easily make it since they don't readily offer it.

As for how it performs. I will say, the increased torque is very much welcomed. It's a bit hilly where I live so torque is good. During normal commute, you know its there but it isn't too obvious. I noticed a real surge around 3,200-5,000 RPMs.

The tune seems pretty decent. I have all of the wonderful ROM features (autoblip, flat foot shifting, launch control). Though I just keep it on the default tune most of the time. Also, keep in mind, I still have the stock tires on.

When I asked what the output was supposed to be at, they estimated around 240 whp. I have no complaints about that so far for sure!

Ugh, threw a P1170 code... but I don't know what's causing it. Just know that it says port injector fuel performance does not come on DTC. :S

Hello

I'd check the injector connections for the port injectors, disconnect each one and spray the pins with contact cleaner ( not WD40)

also check that the injector connector isn't being pushed on by anything

a trick I've used is to plug in the ECUtek laptop and log the ' cylinder roughness' log value as there's 1 for each cylinder so and flags on these will point to what cylinder has the issue

For the record, installing the Perrin oil cooler with the stock air box is incredibly frustrating.

I've owned this car for almost a year now (August will be our anniversary). Basically from the first day I started modifying it. New headlights, sharkfin antenna, catback exhaust, ect. The first few times I'd driven the car were like love at first sight. The steering was great, the ride was firm but not harsh, the visibility was great (for me at least), and it wasn't overweight like a Genesis, Mustang, or Z.

Owning this car, I still feel the love as I did when I first bought it. I've added a lot to it in the past 6 months in particular. But those weren't bandages to continue to love it. They were the improvements I had intended from the very beginning. And I don't regret any of them... except the headlight bullshit I've been through.

Sure the amount of money I've put into this car, I probably could have bought a 2015 WRX STI or Audi Whatever, but I didn't. I wanted this car because it's a canvas. It's aftermarket options outdo just about anything on the market. I mean, seriously, I haven't seen many cars which have as many options for an exhaust or supercharger/turbo as I have for this car. It's insane!

I don't track the car, but do enjoy spirited driving on back roads. Those are my autox tracks for me. The limits of the car are fun to dance with and I feel as though it's significantly improved my driving skills. This is the perfect car for becoming a better driver. It doesn't matter if the chorus says the car isn't fast enough, or it needs a turbo (though I have a supercharger haha). In a straight away, yeah it's slow. But why would I drive fast in a straight line? Follow me through the hilly twisty roads and then you will know what fast is. Unless you skid out of control because your heavy car can't brake good enough or your giant ass red neck truck is too top heavy, or you cant react quick enough to a turn. sorry... rant.

The moral of the story is simple: this car rocks! If it isn't fast enough for you, piss off!

Anyway, that's my thoughts on my car 10 months in. That's all folks!

When you had the 1.2 cos tune with different exhaust, did you notice any issues? I am waiting for header to arrive to install 2.3 but have time to do the thermostat if exhaust setup with 1.2 is safe. invidia q300, motive front/overpipe. +filter.

Mine seemed to run just fine. There are some others on here who are running an exhaust set up like mine. Just that they have the headers, too. Enigma is one of them as is Ernie L.

But by issues, what exactly do you mean?

Any plans to put it on the dyno or perhaps some custom tuning?
