Go to a shop and ask a mechanic. There is no way you could tell by looking at this photo.

i just got my car back from repair, and had the exact same damage (we both even have the same color)

no structural damage, they didnt have to cut and replace, and you wouldnt be able to ever tell that it happened

how was the colour match? i assume they'll have to blend, but i have film on the full front of the car so that might have to get replaced

Well Att I think you will be OK but as said it is hard to tell. The only concern I would have is if they creased the door jamb.
The body shop will be able to tell you more.

That's expensive but cosmetic. I understand people's cautious responses but I don't see that there was even contact with your wheel.

Not exactly a "buff out" but pretty damn close. The only questionable spot is that crease behind the door but I'll guess it's like @tacos says.

Most decent shops can match 100%. If they don't you take it back. They will indeed have to remove the film to blend though.

blending was perfect (i went to a really nice shop though), especially with this color, it can hide things like that pretty well. that said ive only had the car back 2 days so have only seen it in sunlight a couple times.

my damage wasnt that close to the door though, i was hit after the door so rear quarter panel, wheel, and rear bumper were damaged; our quarter panel damage is pretty similar though, mine was a little more crinkled up

what does kinda suck though is that i noticed last night they scratched the bottom of my steering wheel looks like someone who was wearing a ring let their hand drag on the wheel and rubbed through it - oh how i wish it was alcantara instead of the weird, thin rubbery leather

A shop is a must you could have a damaged wheel bearing only a shop can tell you as a pic really can't tell us much. My sudjestion is a shop that is certified by Toyota so that it is all oem parts and you know it's done right.
