TIL that just because you bought a new car doesn't mean the tire pressures will be anywhere close to what they should be.

Actually it was more of a reminder. The older I get the more I get to relearn things a few times over.

TIL to always check every single coil pack first, no matter how coincidental changes in behavior are with running low fuel, filling with fuel, or running fuel system cleaner. Also the misfire detector isn't always perfect.

TIL that while Bill Gates is no longer the richest man in the world, by the measurement of wealth stability he could be, because he has diversified himself to the point where, while still the largest single shareholder of Microsoft Stock he only owns 1.5% of the company.

Three of the other top five (Bezos, Musk, Zuckerberg) wealth is more volatile since it is based on one or two related companies although Bezos and Musk have started making moves to diversify their wealth.

TIL that more and more artifacts, skeletons, etc are being found on Pompeii. Which I just find fascinating. Including a man's brain that was turned into glass. The latest discovery was the skeleton remains of a high ranking officer that was headed to rescue victims during the eruption.

Actually it was at Herculaneum the smaller and much less famous but far better preserved town. Oh and it isn't a recent discovery. They found that one back 40 years ago but just recently changed their mind on who he was.
They still have acres and acres of in touched ground to dig up at both locations even though they have been excavating the place for almost 200 years now.

Love the links to the one you gave. I had not heard about the chariot they found.
