if i buy the game after the DLC content is released, will it have these cars? will the new one coming out soon have these cars? think they will have a brz in either one of these? sorry for all the questions, im not familiar with DLC or how they work.

Nope they dont have the latest DLC content.
Not unless they release a "special edition forza with all dlc included"

Otherwise your stuck buying the game, then buying the DLC seperately

you guys have any tips for tuning to drift? I've got some awesome tunes on my r35, r34, 350z which im going to use as goal tunes

I always drift. I'm decent. I usually do pretty good, falling behind only to the people who are ridiculous at drifting. I do make my own setups as well.
