The Miata color choices have that covered.

Holy shit, my bad. Apologies for being snarky.
Both sets of wheels are forged? That’s crazy for a car in this price range!

I don't know how much confidence you can have in these specs when they state the 17" tires are 215/40, same as the 18".....

Canadian press release says 215/45/17 and the wheels are forged.

No problem.

Well I guess we don't know the range yet, but its nice to see so much stuff being on that base version - practically the entire dash, and I don't mind the cloth at all, got very nice kind of embossing going on with plenty of detail.

Those 17s are actually really nice wheels.

That said I'll probably buy premium cause I'm a sucker

I'd really like white. But if it's pearl white, I'm out on that. Then I'm not sure.

Yeah its like a first gen 2020 GT with cloth interior and 17" wheels rather than a first gen base vs GT.

I actually wouldnt mind the base for the 2nd gen since it doesnt look like a cheaped out version of the car unlike the first gen.

I think that's because all the pics we have been seeing are of the Premium version, not the base?

There are pics of the base car out there as well. It looks for the most part similar to the premium model.

Outside is probably the easiest way of seeing, the 17 inch aluminum wheels with the HP Primacy vs. the 18 inch black wheels with the Pilot Sport 4S. Along with the duck tail spoiler for the premium. However Premium also has adaptive headlights, not sure its easy to see this one visually.

Inside its a bit trickier. The sport aluminum pedals are only for premium, along with the alcantara and leather heated seats. Base car only has 6 speakers vs. the 8 JBL speakers of the premium model.

I suspect for myself I'd still pick premium, but you don't really lose going with a base car frankly. Heck I actually like the 17 inch wheels and the no spoiler look more.
