Shocks Upgrade
It's been a while since I have started thinking of upgrading the shock absorbers on my 2013 Subaru BRZ Limited. Thinking of checking out Bilstein Shocks. Has anyone tried their B6 Series Shock absorbers?

I would say it still rides firm and not jarring and bouncy as the stock shocks. It stays planted throughout corners, hardly any body roll and corner entry and exit definitely allow for much higher speeds than before. Its a worthwhile upgrade. |

I have B8s, same as B6 except less droop travel for lower springs (which isn't really necessary to keep springs captured even at 1.25" lower).
Great improvement over the factory PP/Sachs IMO, much smooover ride and I'd bet 20+mm more bump travel (important if lowered). Damping is fine street and track for me with 4.4 front 5.3 rear springs, should be fine for stock springs as well. |

I have B6 paired with RCE springs. They're a solid upgrade over stock.

If you don't want any adjustments you can't go wrong with the Bilstein dampers. Do yourself a favor and grab some RCE Yellows or swift springs.

It's worth every penny! It should last about the same as the car itself & may even outlast the other coilovers. Paired with mild-drop lowering springs like RCE Yellow & TRD, the ride is planted, stiff but not harsh yet comfortable unlike stock.

4wheelonline recommends Bilstein shocks. They're selling it for a fair price.

I have the B6’s with H&R springs along with Verus camber plates. The car just feels so solid. Between those things and heavier, adjustable sway bars I have the car to where I want it handling wise. Tires are NT01’s
