Hi everyone,

My name is Ben, and I just bought myself a BRZ!
I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio, and the car is more or less a graduation and/or getting a big boy job present to myself.

Meet Prudence:
2013 World Rally Blue
Just clicked over 5,000 miles on the odometer!

My plan for this car is to keep her a daily driver, but let her stretch her legs at a few autocross events here and there.

Also, if any of you are interested, here is my previous car. It's a 2000 Acura Integra 4 door.

The car has 17,000 kms.

There are numerous mods that prior owner already installed. Such as:

-18" OZ alleggerita Gold wrapped in Pirelli Pzero Nero Rubber
-ARK DTS RACING SPEC Downtude back complete Exhaust
-STI Start Button
-JDM Clear Side Markers
-STI Shifter mount
-Tap turn Signal module
-Alcantara Shift boot Red stiching
-Alcantara Red Stitching upper dash Piece from Coachworks
-Complete 3M wrap front
-Complete LED interior lights
-Lower Triangle Brake light
-I added moddiction one pound anvil shift knob from my S2000

My old WRB Gold

New WRB with Gold

This car is wow in fun and I've had some fast fun rides.
I have a 2008 Lexus IS350 loaded to the t!ts and pulls 13.0 @ 104mph sec 1/4 mile I consider the BRZ hands down the funnnnner ride.
The only prior ride that I've owned that I would consider on par for the fun factor was my past 2001 Honda S2000 with a bunch of basic mods.

So glad I picked up this ride instead of a new overpriced STI. I think my future ride will be a next Gen BRZ.

Front Bumper

Guys, If you ever have to get paint done on the Bumper. Make sure The shop never ever takes the whole bumper off unless you have a lot of damage or paint missing. If you just need the front lip painted, etc. Make sure they blend it somehow because once you take these Bumpers off, they never line up exactly right, then you will get water in your headlights and it will never line up right. Take it form me. I had 2 minor scratches on my 2015 white one and the Shop took the whole thing off and screwed it up. I snapped like crazy. He never lined it back up and it screwed the whole front up then I read about these never lining up once u take them off. The Prick ended up fixing it, but it wasted my time beyond belief. I could have done it myself..............Just a FYI.......Enjoy your summer

Hey everyone. Been reading up articles on the forums for a while now and finally got the chance to pull the trigger on a '14 Silver BRZ.

Been driving it for a couple of days now and what a car!

With so many directions I could go with the car, it's hard to decide where to start. But right now, I am getting the basics handled first.... Phone mounts, detailing, the right fluids, a good set of wipers, etc.

Now after a few days, I was at Costco getting a membership set up and what I assume was some DykWeasel, decided to fuck up the side of my 4 day old car . Since I parked like 200 feet away from any carts or cars, I am assuming it was pretty intentional. So now I shift my attention to fixing my new car before it has even had time to get to know me.

But I can't let this get me down. I just got a BRZ! Can't wait to be apart of this forum.

Hi everyone,

I've been snooping around the forums ever since I test drove a BRZ while helping a friend shop for a Forester. I finally bought my 2015 WRB BRZ Limited this week.

Thank you guys so much for all the useful information. I'll be seeing you guys around the forums and on the road.

Hello,

Bought my 14 BRZ about 2 months ago lightly used with 8500 miles on it. Been lurking around the forum for a while now but thought I would finally sign up. Love the car so far, just a few areas I want to improve over the next few years (budget is tight lol). Wheels/tires are definitely on the list as well as the innovate supercharger I've been drooling over since before I got the car. Glad to be part of the club, I look forward to learning more about this incredible car from you guys

Mega noobie

Hey. So I've had my BRZ for about a year and all I've done is get a clear bra lol. I know close to nothing about cars, can someone point me a good direction to learn about modifications and just keep the car in good condition?

Also loving the BRZ so far, managed to get almost 30,000 miles so far ^__^.

The gas mileage also is not bad. I do about 140 high way miles a day (there and back) to school. I am getting 35 MPG according to the car, and according to my gas cubby I am getting around 33-36.

Is it a screaming deal, a good deal, etc?
When I bought my new Limited BRZ 2014 with like 3 miles, and a bunch of free goodies that we talked them into throwing in. The "Cash Price of Vehicle" on my documents says 26750. After the "aftermarkets" and "road hazard" it was 27800.

Keep in mind this is before we decided to throw in all the extended warranties. Hope that is this a helpful comparison for your deal.
