Kits have been shipping this week. If you ordered from CSG, you probably already have a tracking number, unless you JUST ordered the kit.

Kinda noobish, but where is the best place to purchase the kit from. Should i go through JR directly or go through a third party vendor? Im not worried about how long it takes for the kit to ship out I just want good customer service and a business that quickly responds to my many inquiries... Thanks guys cant wait to join the JR community.

You won't find much of a difference in prices (if any) for this kit between any of the major vendors.

I have been working with Mike and David at CSG for just this reason. Quick e-mail replies and solid advice, plus they helped me order the correct tune through Delicious Tuning.

We are a Delicious Tuning dealer as well so we work with them on a specific tune if necessary. Let us know what you are looking for and we'll go from there. Thanks!

I did order from CSG about a week ago. No tracking number yet, but sounds like there was a bit of a backlog on these so not surprising haha

I think I can say CSG has more experience with the kit than any other vendor. More miles have been logged on the CSG BRZ with a JRSC than most owners, and IIRC CSG is the only vendor that even runs a JRSC on a company car, other than @Jackson Racing themselves.

CSG has had unbelievable customer service. I was that nightmare customer and they were nothing but patient and understanding and had to change my order and invoice maybe 5 times? They even refunded me money that I was able to send again later (paypal issues). Mike went far out of his way to help me with all the issues I was having with PayPal (I ended up not being able to pay through PayPal and probably will not do business through them anymore for all the trouble they caused me) and I would get replies from him in the middle of the night. Above and beyond is understating it because I know how busy CSG is as an R&D shop primarily.

If your going JRSC, I would say CounterSpaceGarage is a virtual no brainer. Not that another vendor can't help you. But I imagine they have the most experience. Once i am ready for my JRSC, its where i am going.

Their only downfall is that they do not live within 30 miles of where i live. Jerks.
