Made sure the oil levels NEVER dropped low and checked the oil levels after letting the car idle to make sure of proper oil circulation. I also did check inside the reservoir to see if there is actually oil flowing and it was flowing.

Due to the fact of understanding the importance of the priming stage during installation, I kept myself paranoid checking oil levels and checking for leaks every opportunity i had. Even after the installation i managed to check the system before/after drives and during gas fill-ups.

Just went out side to double check the lines to see if there were any kinks or awkward bends that could cause restriction and couldn't find any. The oil was flowing well through the reservoir.
PM me your rotrex serial number.

Need thoughts on this. Got my jrsc tuned today and it made 256hp/190tq on 94 with 9psi. Baseline was 150hp

Mods are: pt tuning catless header, jrsc kit, jr oil cooler, nameless downpipe/overpipe with cat.

Same tuner did 295/235 with kraftwerks kit on 12psi. Very similar mods except this car has catback as well.

Are my numbers a little low? I know its over 100whp gain but for some reason they seem a little low to me. Dont see myself getting an extra 40whp with 3psi

12psi FI kits usually see around 300hp so those numbers seem reasonable for the KW kit. I agree with you that 256hp seems a little low for this kit + headers though. Maybe your tuner was afraid to push the stock fuel pump/injectors? The 300hp mark is around the point where you'd upgrade those.

Also, 295 is really on the top-end for a rotrex SC kit. I'm guessing that was a pretty aggressive tune on the KW car.

40hp with 3psi seems within normal to me, and I say that because it's roughly the same difference between the KW C30's pushing 12psi and the C38's pushing 15psi with the stock, non-high-boost pulleys.

Actually, I'd say that those KW numbers seem higher than the vast majority of owners self-report, so if anything, your 9psi when compared to a "normal" KW owner's kit at 12psi pushing 260-275whp is actually quite good...

(caveat emptor due to dyno differences)

Can't say for certain, but I believe so - I think it has to be spun higher to produce higher psi. I actually tried digging up the numbers these kits spin at for a few minutes the other day, but couldn't find them anywhere. Either my forum-fu or my Google-fu was failing me at the time, so I moved on to drooling in the wheel thread.

Would certainly be my first choice if I was anywhere nearby and couldn't DIY based off of what I've seen and heard.
