Time will fix pretty much everything if you're done screwing up. Spend the next few years keeping your driving record and credit clean, maintain some kind of coverage if you can.

This seems like the best option. Have someone take over the lease. You seem to be a very hard working person, you're just not a good/responsible driver.

IMO you should get rid of the car, cut back on your work hours, and focus on school. As fun as cars can be, I rather focus on my future so you can enjoy a great car years from now. Therefore your insurance premium would reduce since those points would be gone by then.

he commented on this 5 days ago wanting to know the price damage because he got in a similar wreck. he seems legit to me. But everybody is correct, you are extremely spoiled and treated to fairly by your parents. You dont appreciate their money or any safety or common sense in the rules of driving. I'm 21 and I've hoonded every day in my FR-S for 30k miles. This is also my first RWD car. Have had plenty of track time with my other cars. And have yet to be in an accident I've caused. (only accident I've been in I got rear ended. The driver who hit me wasn't at fault. It was the guy in a 20 ft lariat f-350 who stopped while crossing a 2 lane freeway (70 mph), caused a 7 car pile up and then drove off)
