Yep, THAT was as wet and cold as I remember ever being, as a civilian. -

More of the story, I remember stopping at a quick stop off the freeway near Columbus. I was standing in front of the coffee machine when the cashier came over with a mop and was mopping up the water that was running off of me, so other customers wouldn't slip on the wet floor.

Meh, I've ridden as much as 500 miles on a rainy day, but I always had the right gear. Almost got washed off the side of a mountain once where the water was forcing me sideways, that was less than fun.

Oh one other thing I forgot to explain earlier. I think that first line in the quote I pasted might actually be what he meant to say.

When I met him 3 years ago with my other 86/BRZ friends, he was the one making everyone laugh and everyone admitted he was like the class clown of the group. He kept referring to himself as the Japanese comedian.

so a lot of the time when I translate stuff of his it comes off as funny and I think it's actually intentionally so, based on him using the wwwwww's lol.

Been there, done that. Got caught on Blood Mountain when the winds were so strong the trees and the rain were both parallel to the road. PLUS, 90 degrees to which ever direction we were going. Turns out we got side swiped by a twister that came up between Mississippi and Alabama. Took us about an hour longer than we wanted to get to T.W.O. in Suches Georgia.

Hey, that's a two wheel drive Rokon in that photo. Strange bike to ride when in the mud or crossing water.

At the moment you want to change it, they will be out of business or no more supply

Not many places to drive close to me, plus it sits from about Nov to April. A lotus, or any sports car, on flat straight farm roads is pretty boring.
