Help with connecting samsung S4 to pioneer X1600 DVD head unit!!!

Hi, guys!

Pretty straight forward question. How do you connect the S4 to the head unit?

Please note that I dont want the appradio thingy of pioneer. Just want to play music (or video, but music is priority, video is just bonus ) from my S4 to the head unit.

The pioneer website says i need an MHL adapter tip and/or the CD-AH200C android connection kit. Every video I see uses these connections but for appradio or mirrorlink. Me, I just want to use my phone for its music!!! And as mush as possible I dont want to connect just a thumb drive to the connecting haha

What I do is:

Headunit > usb cable (came with head unit) > the white cable from my samsung i use to charge with > S4

Then an error message "error 02-D0" pops up!

HELP GUYS! TIA!

Don't worry about it. It won't magically help your issue anyway.
