How to replace ecu / immobilizer system?

Hello,
I need to replace ecu of my car if u ask reason it's ecutek NA flashed by previous owner of car and now my car has hks supercharger kit and F-con.
Since I don't own a ecutek cable and dongle I can't upload factory map and I can't use the f-con properly, so since I don't want to spend more and since I have all engine/electronic of my second gt86 I thought would be cheaper ( but harder ) to replace ecu and immobilizer system, but I am not sure what else do I need to replace together with the ecu to make it work without any problem?

I have a donor car ( same year same spec, we just put gt-r engine on and built a track car ) so finding oem gt86 parts won't be hard for me cause they are laying in my friend's garage...

I just need a full list of necessary parts.

If somebody can help me I will be glad.

Thanks...

Why not send email to ECUtek. + ECUtek is only 300 then find someone local with a cable if i'm not mistaken.

You'll need to replace the gauge cluster with the matching one for your replacement ECU.

How'd you do it? I'm about to swap out my ecu and I was told that must do something else instead of just putting the new ecu in.
