Rear toe is around 1/8" per side and front toe is 0 based on string checks.
Fair enough, I'm interested in finding what type of variation we see in these cars, I know some people have claimed as much as 1.25 degrees with the camber bolts. I'm not surprised nor necessarily unhappy with my 0.95, street tires aren't going to wear shoulders as bad as race tires as long as I rotate them regularly.

Toe wise, I was thinking of going a little less toe in for the rear, but within the same ballpark... but again, no personal experience yet with the new setup. Wont this weather just break already

We were talking about rear toe yesterday, and the general feeling is that more would not be beneficial, but the car does need some to account for the soft suspension bushing interaction during cornering. You can definitely feel the rear suspension loading up and deflecting outward on corner entry.

I measured my camber this weekend after I got the car uncovered and found I am around 0.95 degrees front on both sides with the crash bolts and about 0.8 degrees on the driver side of the rear (couldn't access the passenger side where the car was parked). This is using a longacre bubble gauge with the quickset adapter. I didn't try to level the car in my garage, so there is a bit of a grade towards the front of the vehicle.
Less than 1° is low. You may try getting up on an actual rack?

I know I'm over that by at least a few tenths, and I found some more this weekend I think when installing Konis (haven't been to a rack since I know it is maxed and I have toe plates). There is some play in the top mounts, so you may get a few tenths by loosening the 3 bolts and pushing in the top of the wheel.

What worked for me was to have the camber bolts loose along with the top mount nuts and to use a jack on the hub part of the brake rotor (wheel removed). I didn't apply a lot of force but enough to force all the slop to max negative camber. It is definitely worth a try.

Thanks. That was just a spot check, so yea, I'm sure the accuracy isn't great considering I didn't bother to check how level the floor was and haven't checked the gauge calibration.
Additionally, the upper mount slop is probably where I could gain more static camber... When I set it up initially, I biased the upper mounts for max caster, which would help improve the dynamic camber curve.

For grins, I checked the tread depth on the Z2's yesterday. I've got 45 runs on them (mostly asphalt, averaging 40 seconds each), and they are all in the 7/32 range with very even wear. Not bad.

Not bad, how often do you rotate them?

Every couple events. They also have maybe 500 miles of street driving to/from events.

The TX National Tour is over, and I got the W! The car was fast and fun, though I did start missing the raw power/fun of the STI at this event. You could probably see my car from space with the new fluorescent yellow livery I tested some stuff during the Friday practice, but I ended up settling on 38F/34R on the Z2's (up from 32R to add some rotation on the grippy concrete). Shocks were left unchanged at .5 down from full stiff up front and 1 up from full soft in the rear. This setting gave the car a nice driveable understeer that was stable enough to be tossed around.

Day 1 was fast and fun. Much rev limiting. I almost DNF'ed the first run, but nice progressive improvements on following runs. My fastest run was still pretty janky and should have used 3rd through the long kinked slalom at least.

Day 2 was faster and funner Much less rev limiting, because I went to 3rd 4 times per run. My fastest run was pretty decent here.

Very nice runs, tight and controlled. I see a lot of the places I was giving up time, thanks for posting!

Yes sir! Found out a lot about the car and tire setups this weekend. John got me on raw time heavily on day one, day two I squeaked by, by only 0.050.

Well done John, sorry I never gave you much of a run! Saturday was a bust, but felt better on Sunday, still never put it all together though. I'll be curious to see how you did in the overall pax results.
