With the traction mod in place, the distance between two mounting points is slightly different. The brace seemed to be designed to have a bit of room available _below_ where the normal trailing arm mount is located, but with the traction mod in place that area was occupied. I'll have to take a photo to illustrate, but I haven't gotten to do doing that yet.

Well, my impatience got to me, I ordered the GP Sports mod from RHDJapan. I figured even if the new MCA mod is excellent, it'll probably be quite a bit more expensive (judging by the cost of the V1) and potentially difficult to source.

Your description makes things a lot more clear! Sound like the BFH was the proper remedy.

Very nice. You should consider getting the longer STi crossmember bolts as you’ll be removing the (most likely corroded) stock front subframe bolts to get the new piece in.

Now to figure out what I’m gonna do about ride height droop on stock 22 brz suspension (if it turns out as bad as some of y’all had noticed in your cars).

Please take a pic so we can see if it's updated or different at all!

Looks like they include a different subframe bolt and some bushings.

I think I am going to order one. Install seems easier than when I did the subframe bushings lol.

I have the MCA traction mod on my personal car, with a sort of custom 5k/6k KW/ST 3 way coilovers. I think it would be great with our RCE T2s. It's a good mod.

Okay, I'm getting mine installed at the end of this month, maybe I should get this mod thing as well and do it at the same time.

Been eye balling these forever and might pull the trigger now. Is there need for an alignment installing these? Having one done soon

Is there notable improvement to ride quality? primarily street driven in my yellow/B6 setup.
