First pair ever for me. So far I like them. Very light weight.

Did you have previous injuries?

Try to find a specialist to get checked out before it gets more aggravating!

I had slipped on some ice 12 yrs ago and it took me 6 months to recover,
kind of did the splits without a fall , could not easily do stars.

Then during Covid 2020 the pain returned with a vengeance and got so bad I needed crutches to
get around for a few months and did not go down in my basement for TV or Stereo for pretty much a year...

Great to have some support from friends & Family!

Would go on rides in the BRZ and could not get out...

Finally got around to be checked out by a specialist, took me close to 4 month to get an appointment.

Last summer I began cycling again after 3 yrs off the bike(used to put more millage on my bikes than my cars some 20 yrs ago.)

I also managed to get back on my xcountry and downhill skis this year.

Life is sometimes not fair with us.

Yeah… got a shit ton of history of my leg/knee injury history. Biggest one I can think is when the truck ram my knee & fractured my knee cap. Of course, years & years of doing martial art plus playing soccer for over 20yrs doesn’t help either lol

Pain came up 10yrs ago & it stop 5 years ago… now coming back again. I wonder, it’s 5 yrs rotation.

Due to the pain, I haven’t able to workout my legs for 2 weeks.

I suggest you make an appointment with a physical therapist.

I’ve managed a lot of pain just by working range of motion and trying not to overdue it. Also taking glucosamine has helped quite a bit too.
