With the new RT660 tires the PAX should be 0.805 not the 0.798 currently published which was for the RT615's.

Will it automatically change? I thought it only changed once a year.

Rick Ruth had already turned on the higher number until the tires didn't arrive in time, then took it back for the lower number. Unique situation due to the spec tire changing and the performance changing quite drastically.

We will also keep Rick Ruth informed about timing so he can adjust PAX if there is a cut over.

Current setup on the 615s that I am very happy with:

Front camber: -3.3/-3.2 (max)
Front toe: 0
front sway: soft
front struts: one turn from full stiff
rear camber: -2.3
rear toe: 0.15 degree in each side
rear sway: stiff
rear shocks: one turn from full soft
tires: 30/28

This was enough to barely (by one point) win my first season locally. I will probably get a set of the 660s if the Tucson national tour event doesn't cancel and go from there.

What is everyone running/changing with the new tires? I am about to finally run an event on them.

What are you guys using for endlinks now that we can change them out? Is anyone moving to the soft rear sway bar setting now that the binding issue should be fixed?

I switched back to the stock bar with poly bushings and Racer X end links. Seems great to me.

I think people are using the Racer X links on the rear. Stock up front is fine for SSC. I think some the people that have tried other end links are running into contact with the inner fender.

What tire pressures is everyone running on the 660?

I've been trying different pressures but my tires are cycled out so it hasn't been much of a difference. New tires on the way for Vegas.

Looks like this thread hasn't gotten a lot of input in a while. I have run as low as 31f/29r, but have found 32/30 to be a good place. At crows on Concrete, the winner was running 34-36, I assume to hold up to the huge grip on concrete.

I can't speak too much about an SSC specific tire pressure setup, but on my DS twin, I ran them at 32/30 for a season with mixed results. A more national level driver said the 660's liked higher pressures, so I tried 37/35 and they were MUCH better, netting better times, feedback, and feel. DS car, sachs dampers, stock springs, 1 degree of camber up front.
