Buckling concerns on turbo

Hey everyone. I have a jdl turbo that was installed about a month ago tuned by James @ HRI(I believe he's on vacation or something). Anyhow, at around 4k rpm it feels like theres intermittent fuel cutting cruising at that rpm / 80mph. It does this on occassion accelerating as well. I took a log of it if anybody wants to chime in.

Parts:

1050x injectors
dw265lph fuel pump
delicious flex fuel kit+ with upgrade
2867r turbo w/ upgraded intercooler from jdl
jdl catchcan
3" overpipe / frontpipe from jdl w/ stock catback

https://ufile.io/5qdf04nn

Is the .csv file

I sent him the log already but he hasn't gotten back to me yet so just wanted to see if anyone wants to chime in.

What I don't understand is.. if there's a leak how come it mainly happens at that rpm? I certaintly don't hear a leak. However, there is an uncovered port on the turbo intake that has no air coming out of it. Do I need to block it?

https://jdlautodesign.net/shop/ft86-...turbo-system/#

If we take a look at the tube, it has a nipple on it. Does that need to be covered?

Fueling seems strange 15% accelerator and target afr 15. Fuel trims like tom brz said seem off up to -30.

If your sure no leaks, check no oil on maf sensor.

Manifold pressurecseems strange as well assume its absolute . Reads below 14 psi atmospheric so its producing no boost at 4000 rpm with 15-20% accelerator.

Check your di computer is bolted up tight all three bolts
Check map sensor

Difficuult to tell as we dont know if tune is maf or speed density or hybrid

Map sensor should read 14 psi or 1 bar with ignition on but engine off. Whwn engine idling it should read about 4 psi or about 0.3 bar

AFR idle ~ 14.7 to 15.2 goes up and down, 3.1 long term and -6 short term idle, 4.5 map psi, maf sensor showing 1.2v. a/f correction 3 0.2.

All of this is at idle currently.

heres idle, also just went outside to check for any leaks. No leaks. MAF sensor bolted on properly. Could the catchcan be the issue?

Sorry, what's a di computer?

That's the picture of the catch can, I used a hose clamp go seal it but it may still be leaking?

Where is that hose coming from? If that's a pcv catchcan, your feed from the engine should be going to the top port.

Did you clamp down the hoses UNDER the intake manifold? Here's a glimpse of mine in the middle, you can see a worm clamp on one of the 3 hoses.
