Looks great! Do you mind elaborating on where you got all the parts including the measurements/dimensions? I may try this myself.

Spectre Couplers on Amazon (or anywhere else). Raw material tubing (industrial supplier). Grommet and Paint at Menards. Had to order, cut with my own metal cutting saw, polish, then paint - the tube.

Note: I'm now working on replacing the air box with a MAF sensor tube and K&N Cone Intake. I had a setup like this before (one piece design) and was really awesome (sound, HP, etc.), just high temps 104F through an A/F code and the MIL light went on. With my design, versus the other, I'm sure I can curb this happening again. Another part is on order and should have something by next weekend to present.

From initial results on bone stock vehicle (unlike mine isn't), the engine sound is more linear/refined, a little more growl, and definitely more rev or to put it mildly 'get up and go'. It definitely sounds better than stock!

Looks good. Do you have any videos? I want to compare to mine and decide if deleting the resonator makes any difference.

I did this same exact setup on my Cobalt back in 2006. Super cheap and gives the same results as a branded CAI. No problems for 4 years.
