I've been without a BRZ for about 5 years now. Just put a deposit on #14. Coming soon to a track near you. You know these guys are doing it right when they don't hesitate to sell them to a friend and co-worker. Opie and I are both event managers for Chin Track Days.

I think I'll keep the name and number too. #14.

Been awhile since this was updated, decided to finally start working on #15 yesterday, #16 Series.Blue parts car is still at the shop. Missed out on purchasing #17 this weekend...

#15 - Picked up from shop to take to the house, easier for me to work on it when I have some spare time...

Pulled dash with blown airbags & replaced, replaced blown front seatbelts, installed reset Airbag module, washed car and cleaned interior, would've had the interior 100% complete but forgot to order clock spring repair kit so I couldn't install the drivers airbag yet....it's on the way now.

Also started pulling apart the front end to get body work started.

Knew I had a clock spring repair kit somewhere in the garage, found it and spent my lunch fixing it, now interior is 100% back together and airbag system is 100% repaired and functional. Only current issue is a broken MAF sensor and low tire pressure...well...and the body work...

Will do some more body disassembly tonight.

2.5 hours put in after work today, stripped down the front end. Mocked up the new core support parts and bumper beam. Didn't measure the datum points yet, but for an initial mock up, all the bolt holes line up...that's a pretty good sign....

Not bad for less than 10 hours into it so far...

After a couple of weeks of traveling got a chance to get a little more done on #15, welded up & paint matched the core support, paint matched & installed bumper beam and T-brace. Installed SRS sensors, wiper washer tank, horn.

Ready to take hood, bumper & both fenders to get painted....

On my way home from 8 days on the road....Road Atlanta June 27th, Watkins Glen June 30th & July 1st and VIR July 3rd & 4th, hope to get the body parts to the paint shop this week, and get started on the cooling, motor, tranny & suspension upgrades!
