RPM NEEDLE NOT WORKING & U0100 + U0122 CODES

After following exactly the instructions for the installation of the magna gauge face on an automatic 2019 GT86, I started up the car and the needles were all misaligned, even though I did not move them at all and reinstalled them exactly the same. Whatever I did triggered the U0100 & U0122 codes and the RPM needle does not work, along with a hesitant startup + car dies. Moving the other needles back into place gets them to read correctly, but the RPM needle does not work at all. Thanks for any help guys

I should also add that I tried disconnecting the battery in an attempt to reset it with no luck.

Maybe you should undo what you did.

codes are for loss of communication. check plugs and confirm proper part numbers.

the magna gauge face cluster is literally just a piece of paper that swaps out the OEM one for a different look. It is purely an aesthetic mod. The removal of the needles in the cluster was required to fit it and reinstallation was what misaligned the needle. Now I am not sure how to find the point to realign the needles
