We would still LOVE to hear your feedback about our products and service! I know we've been humbled to have many of you as our clients, and would greatly appreciate any and all feedback you guys and gals provide here

here is my feedback:

pre-purchase assistance: very good, helpful in sending me links to products he suggested
shipping: a+ fast
product quality: my perception, but not exactly the oem fit and finish I would like but sufficient if performs properly.

specific issue with order: my request was for oem fit and finish. part of the order, the switchbacks specifically, require modification to my oem housing, I understand your website explains some modification required, diffuclty 2/10...but this is not what I was asking for, I wanted oem fit and finish. I would like to order from one source, I do not want to buy partial from you, and partial from someone else. had this been communicated to me, I would not have ordered.

post purchase assistance: edit: Ben at Vicious rectified the issue. I may even keep a partial order and only return the switchbacks.

overall rating: good after phone conversation...

Ordered my clear sidemarkers from this company and received them in 4 days. Came with free led bulb and a vicious led sticker! Would recommend them to anyone!

I picked up the Silicone Inlet Tube from the part-out... Item shipped super quick to me and no hassles. Wish all transactions went this way.

just installed my clear side markers and switchback LEDS. switchbacks require a little tinkering to fit properly but well worth the effort. Definitely recommend these guys for both products as they came in only 3 days!

what color would you say most resemble the switchbacks? 6000k? 8000k?

I wonder if this http://viciousled.com/product/frs-reverse-light-bar/ will work with an Europe-spec GT86 where there's a rear fog light plus reverse light?
Anyone know if the wiring is different?

I would assume it'd work, these were actually manufactured overseas and the wiring guide is for the GT86 so it should work perfect

I ordered clear sidemarkers on Xmas Eve, they shipped on the 26th, and received a day or 2 after that. That's what customer service should be like!

I wanted to share my purchase experience with Vicious LEDs. He offered a GB on the forum and I jumped to get all LEDs with trunk, dome, side marker, DRL, switchback turn signals, rear turn signals and hyperflash relay. Their LEDs appear to be cheap versions that require shaving the lens housings to even fit. Aside from the sizing issues, the solder is very poor and causes your lenses to cloud or fog up which should never happen with a decent LED. To sum it all up, the Vicious LED group is quick to communicate and reply/respond for sales but disappears when there's an issue. I feel that a decent vendor would at least offer to replace a bad part or item but Vicious only offered to discount another purchase. I say stay away.

I'm all about small businesses starting up and growing but if you can't stand behind your products or do the right thing when there's a problem then I'd go with a more reputable vendor.
