Does anyone know if the Subaru BRZ STI 17"x7" wheels work with the PP brembos? I looked in the list and the posts but don't recall anyone mentioning it.

Thanks in advance.

I think they won't... I almost bought a set on FB but my research at the time was that they wouldn't clear the PP setup.

Rays Wheels Volk Racing CE28N 17x8.0 +44 WILL LIKELY FIT out the box.

This is based in test fit on Brembo GT (which is ~3mm wider/more outboard) plus 3mm spacer, yielding 3mm of clearance

Edit 7/4 correction. Wheels will likely fit

I believe so. The 2022 BRZ and GR86 should only differ in finish/color, and the BRZ wheels are on the list as FIT. I'm pretty sure I've seen photos of GR86 wheels over Brembos somewhere too.

I'm gonna add my entry:

OZ Ultraleggera 18x8 ET48. Fit with 225/40r18 tires with no rubbing against anything. Brakes clearance is quite small but I'd say it's comparable to OEM PP wheels:

Anybody know if Enkei TS-5 17x9 +45 would run into any interference with ppb and tein flex z? I can't really judge from the pics of the 17x8s how much clearance there is and don't know where rubbing might occur.

Based on the fact that the 17x8 in the same offset clears the brakes, I'd say brake clearance is most likely not a problem.

As for clearance / rubbing with your suspension, no idea, but it's likely to rub a bit. In a recent post on the CSG/RCE suspension thread, someone else mentioned that they're experiencing some rubbing at full steering lock (presumably on the chassis / wheel arches) with a 17x8.5" ET45 wheel, even when equipped with 10 mm spacers.

There were a number of posts from the individual, so you'd have to go back further in the thread to see all the info, but here was his most recent one: https://www.ft86club.com/forums/show...postcount=4259

My suggestion to him was that it was likely just an unavoidable consequence of the wheel/tire combo's specs, and that he use a steering rack limiter kit to reduce the full lock angle and eliminate the rubbing.

You can't guess based on those numbers. Especially with Enkei's.
17x8 +45 RPF1's clear PP brakes, 17x9 +35 do not clear.

I do not know the answer for the TS5's.

That's why I was asking. I've also seen wheel manufacturer sites say that different widths may have different spoke contours for balancing
