Bad LTFT, STFT, and Knock due to K&N Intake?

Hello i have a 2013 scion fr-s and i have a k&n intake with tomei EL headers and a invidia catback exhaust, i have stage 2 plus on the car and was wondering if these data maps are correct for my car, it seems like my STFT is a little high and I have some knock correction and my flkc sometimes goes up under 1 degree, i can't tell if i have any exhaust leaks i have tightened everything but I still hear something when my car starts and when i give it low throttle but once I've been driving a bit i stop hearing it, i know the k&n filter isn't meant for the off the shelf tunes that OFT gives you but I was wondering if anyone else has the correct MAF sensor scaling for the K&N typhoon intake. Also check out my data zap. https://datazap.me/u/collinlong/kn-f...0&data=1-10-14

UPDATE: I am now using Stage 2 Plus E85 with the same setup and no noticeable exhaust leaks but still no MAF sensor scaling corrections, I am still getting knock correction and flkc but not that much. My Idle LTFT is about -14 and it goes up and down but stays around there, My STFT sits around 0.75, when I drive it usually stays around -3 and went to -7 sometimes only. Im pretty sure this isn't normal so I was wondering If it could be an exhaust leak or I need to fix the MAF sensor for the K&N Intake? https://datazap.me/u/collinlong/stg-...og=0&data=1-13

UPDATE 2: This is just regular road driving and highways, no WOT or hard acceleration. https://datazap.me/u/collinlong/stg-...zoom=3619-5314

UPDATE 3: 2 3rd gear pulls and noticed some knock right when i went full throttle around 3k rpms and ltft's and stft's seem off still and AFR seems to change more than i would like, let me know if this data looks alright. https://datazap.me/u/collinlong/stg-...1-5-9-10-11-12

UPDATE 4: Back on Stage 2 Plus with 93 and got some more data logs, I don't know if I'm running rich or lean but I can see that something needs changing.

Steady driving: https://datazap.me/u/collinlong/data...1-5-9-10-11-12
Regular driving: https://datazap.me/u/collinlong/data...1-5-9-10-11-12
3rd gear Pull: https://datazap.me/u/collinlong/data...1-5-9-10-11-12

UPDATE 5: I ended up putting the stock airbox back in to see if it runs better because I'm not trying to mess with any MAF scaling and I'm not good at it. I'm pretty sure that's the problem because I had my engine replaced about 3k miles ago and nothing should be wrong, no exhaust or intake leaks that I'm aware of either, if you could please still let me know what was causing my knock and bad fuel trims. Thank you!
