Will any alternate pulley sizes be offered? Also will any of these be offered under S/C warranty?

Currently Jackson is my top pick for F/I. Since I'm going a track car and want to run it on 91 octane reliably its looking like a no brainer. But I'd also like some room for power upgradability with ideally smaller pulley as well as flex fuel if the time comes.

Can't wait for 3rd party dynos on this. If this can compete with the vortech unit and offer more midrange torque that would be really cool. I'm also curious how much we can push this blower as it looks like Vortechs can safely get 300-320+ whp without overspinning the blower.

Now this does not mean the rest of the components in the system cannot accept the C38. We plan to have a C38 upgrade in the future for consumers that want to be on that high level. There are some other engine upgrades required when you go to a C38 besides the head unit, so we think the least of your worries when you go that route is the aluminum supercharger bracket.

The C38 is a larger unit. The silicone hose that jumps over the C30 and ties to the throttle body seems to be cramped. Is there enough room to add the C38 in this location?

Are there any more pictures of the JR kit. One top down shot angled from the front doesn't give a whole lot of information as to how the kit comes together. How big is the intercooler, how close is the intake tube to all the moving parts, how does the s/c mount. Is it upgradeable or is the FMIC supplied only good for the C30.

Can't see the bracket or intercooler and it sure seems like there is no room to add a bigger blower without a new bracket and hoses and possibly intercooler since I have no clue what's included.

The C30 unit is 146mm X 132mm and the C38 unit is 161mm X 144mm. The throttle body intake hose seems too close to allow for a bigger blower.

Awesome. Is Drift Office doing your tune or are you getting the tune from JR? Either way it would be cool to get your JR kit and my KW kit on his dyno on the same day to see the results.

I think you have your answer. I think we all have it, to be truthful. But, I doubt anyone from JR is going to openly admit that they would have to basically re-design their kit to accept the larger compressor. It's a shame to, that's going to kill a lot of their market share.

They did, see post #12 on p.1 of this thread. Just not the whole kit but the mounting bracket.

Yes sir. HE sure is. Oscar Jr. was happy when I told him bob will be tuning it that way.
I'm open for when you want to go. Thing is, not exactly sure(day) when mine will arrive.

But it also depends on bob's availability.

Yes, we will offer boost upgrades as part of our FR-S/BRZ performance upgrades. We have more headroom with supercharger impeller speed, so it would be covered under warranty. Obviously if you start over-speeding the unit your warranty is gone.
