Not a BRZ.

The BRZ has no rev hang. While my BRZ had *many* faults, the throttle was not one of them.

There's an ever slight bit of rev hang....I think its unavoidable in factory new cars.

Only when the rev hang stops, then a lighter flywheel will make the revs drop faster. Well, it is like shutting the gate after the horse has bolted.
I managed to remove revhang in 4 different car models I owned by fitting my own QREVS device. You can google it.
But how does one eliminate it? I bought my FR-S new in 2016 and to this day it drives me nuts. I wish it could be tuned out somehow

No, the throttle on my 2013 FRS doesn't hang.

Rev hang - oh, yes, that is caused by either the throttle return spring on the carburetor is weak or broken or the linkage is bent (and binding) or the butterfly valve in the carburetor is sticking. Or some or all of those.

What day is this? Why am I here? Where am I? Who are you people?
