^Would be great if Nissan instead spent resources improving the flawed base car.
Saw my first one actually driving around! (i.e. not at a car show). Seemed really bland.

This car exists? I know supply chain / production issues blah blah, but this seems to be a completely screwed up car release.
The only one I've seen in Canada so far had Washington plates. There has been a yellow one sitting in a Nissan showroom near me for months, but I've never seen any for sale. |

^^Nissan should probably focus on making the "base" Z not suck (because it does) as well as fix production issues.
^So far they've sold around 400-450 in the US. I've seen 2 at an auto show, and 1 on the street, that's it. Blows my mind.

It's the old car with a new body, updated interior and more power from the same basic engine. There's nothing super unique or innovative. Camaro will be gone, one less competitor in the segment. Mustang is the primary competition. I'd take a Bullitt Mustang or a GT w/Sport Pkg. over a Z hands down.I have seen that Mustangs can be great on a time attack course IF you're a good driver that really knows the car's limits. But, if you don't or you lack the feel for the car, it can be dangerous unlike the twins which are way harder to push too far.
According to Savagegeese, the Z is more fun on the track than a Supra.
