Try out a magnaflow resonator. A real resonator. I though a glasspack would work, but these engines run way hotter exhaust temps than I was expecting. I had the same thing happen to my exhust.

lol troll, the TRD catback is fine. I recently swapped out my Injen SES for the TRD catback with a custom resonated mid pipe, and I couldn't be happier!

I recently replaced my entire midpipe, including a new Vibrant 1141 resontator.

It is a tad less boomy now, really helps with driving with the seats down.
