I tried that device and did not get accurate readings... I suspect it does not use enough water, its really set up to test E10 to E15, not E85.

Use a graduated flask and the procedure in Steve99's post. Bought a plastic one I can keep in the trunk for around $6.50 on Amazon.
I also went to the local feed store and bought a 65mm syringe for giving shots to livestock/pets which I pre-load with 48mm water before heading to the fuel station to accurately test the alcohol content. {Note: 50/50 propylene glycol antifreeze/water mix works too and the green dye makes it easier to read so you could carry a small plastic bottle of water or the 50/50 with the graduated cylinder}

The guys with high LTFT, have you compared the images in Rom raider between your e85 and a premium tune?

The e85 tune should have timing advanced a few degrees all over and the injector flow scaling should definitely be different. If the injector flow scaling isn't considerably different, that's probably the reason for the LTFT.

Yeah. This tune is fine and this is the first time I've seen fuel trims high like this. Normally if the E% is low it goes negative. I have no idea why it's going so high though.

If your stock intake

You may have developed an exhaust leak this generally results in high positive fuel trims at low rpm

Or you have found some very high ethanol fuel like 90% plus

Or you have a tune issue

Check the injector flow scaling brz is about 171 e85 not 228 for petrol

Check the di presure target tables are avout 30% higher than a petrol tune

I do have a stock intake aside from the tube which is from Perrin. The box and snorkel are unmolested. Will check for exhaust leaks when I get home from work. Sounds like that may be the issue. The fuel trims seem to fix themselves when I give it some gas for the most part.

Shouldn't it be the pressure multiplier tables instead of the target tables?

OK I have done it steve's way and it is more accurate ony buy maybe 1%or2% if you do it right. the only problem I have had with the Holley tester is the cap leaking when you shake it, so I put some plastic wrap around the top then screw the cap on. oh buy the way if you used one before you would know that it's only graduated to E60 so why would it be for E10 or E15.

Interesting, I went out to the garage and got the old tester I bought from Amazon prior to buying the graduated cylinder and opened the Amazon page and my label on the test tube is different than the one pictured... WAY less water fill line. Maybe half as much. A product change n I have a previous version? Mine only tests to E25 which was why it was useless and I quit using it.

And my label is pealing off where I got a little E85 spilled on the outside of when doing a test.
And it leaked too which is why I graded it 'crap' and bought a better tester.
And then I noticed you mentioned 'Holly' tester which is not what I have... different brand!
