Very nice Supra building going on here!

I put the red one on a trickle charger... Does that count as wrenching?

Update!! Got the new head on and torqued in the proper sequence per Toyota, then I put the cam covers on just to see how it looked and I was impressed, not to sure if I like the red spark plug cover anymore, but it does still look very good. I guess I'll decide after everything is back together

Awesome !!
Love your choice of wheels...WORK FTW !
I just waited 3 months for a set of custom Work Gnosis hs201's, well worth the wait IMO.

Another update... Man we are moving now!

Well I test fitted most of the turbo setup on and I've got a couple of fixes before it will bolt right up, the WG flange is pointed a tad to far up on the exit side so that the dump tube hits the body, I'll have to cut the tube and have it rewelded at a diff angle. The compressor housing fits! Which is crazy because I didnt think it would with the 3" elbow. Also from what I can tell the DP will fit with out touching anything(before we thought it was touching the bell housing on the trans) but won't know for sure till we get everything tightened in the exact places. The V-band for the exhaust housing of the turbo to attach the DP is to small, which is odd because it was the one that came with the flange, I tried everything I could, and there's no way this thing is going on. There's not even enough length on the threads to put the nut on cause it's not sticking out so I guess I'll be getting a 3.75" v-band

Old on the right, new on the left

The v-band on there is a 4", but the DP is still just barley loose enough to spin if I want it to

The intake clears the hot pipe I made for the turbo to fmic

Oil Press Sensor installed after the adapter finally arrived

Also installed the lower plenum of the newly painted intake

Update! Got a lot of work done yesterday, and got the correct flange for the DP

Attached the turbo exhaust housing

My buddy finished cutting and welding my Dump tube for the WasteGate, remember it wouldn't fit cause it hit the frame or the body no matter which way you turned it? Problem solved! And we polished it up!

Before

After

Put the timing belt back on

Upper plenum and acc belt on!

T/B on! Starting to look like an engine again

Night shot of the spark plug cover bolted back and the compressor housing back on(hopefully for the last time)
