17x9 +35
245/40 R17
1.2" Drop All Around
-1.5 Camber All Around
Stock Struts

Will this clear the front spring perch and not rub under hard cornering? Seems like I should be okay.

Should be okey. Worst case you have to change the camber a bit, but thats really just worst case.

Wat? Stock tires are 17's!

This isn't necessarily a fitment question but I did not wan't to start a dedicated thread to this.

So if we had a 17x6 +48 offset wheel and a 17x9 +48 offset wheel and put a 38mm spacer in, in theory they would stick out of the car an equal amount since they are the same offset? Or am I understanding this wrong?

P.S - these are just random made up numbers and I am not actually going to replicate this setup.

Yes if you put the spacer on the 17x6.

So the wheel I just bought unbeknownst to me came in with a wheel stud hole with a 1.5cm diameter... Stock lug nut on the car is 1.25cm. So pretty much I can or cannot put these wheel's on the car?

1.25 is the thread pitch. Not the width of the studs.
Sounds like you got the wrong bolt pattern.

Okay I worded my last question incorrectly. So pretty much I am going to order some adapter's and when I am choosing the stud size, do I choose 12x1.25 or 12x1.5? I am going from 5x100 to 5x114.3

Doesn't matter. 12x1.25 is better so everything matches.

I might be pushing it a bit but could this work maybe?

18x9.5 +38 all around
5mm spacer for the rear ( going for a flush look )

245/40 for tires

According to the frsproject site this would work on a 1.4 in drop using coilovers unless I'm reading it wrong
Would I need to drop it less?
Could I drop it at all?

You are fine other than the tires are a little tall. Depending on camber, you might not even need the spacers.
