New Pandemic Format: Arrive around 6:45pm-7:15pm in the parking lot. Please try to find parking far away from other cars and with room for people to practice social distancing. Please wear a mask and be respectful of people's personal space since everyone has different levels of comfortability during the pandemic. Unlike our previous meets these are focused on hanging out outdoors and not dining. If you wish to dine with other enthusiasts you may choose to grab takeout (e.g. picnic style) or choose to patronize establishments close by. These options are up to the individuals attending and are not officially part of the meet. Previous meets typically would last 2-3 hours depending on attendance and weather. For a link to our old thread click here.

Future Locations in the Pipeline (always subject to change): Taking suggestions.

Sorry for the delay in updating the thread! As you could probably tell, we did not have a meet for the week of Thanksgiving. Next meet will be December 16. We'll just have one meet for December due to the holidays and we'll get back to our every other week rotation.

Good question. With infection rates the way they are going, I think we can resume the pandemic style of parking lot meets with people bringing their own food etc. It's a bit cold right now so I'll probably make the first meet for mid-March and resuming normally from there.

If you or anyone else has a recommendation on where to meet please post here in the thread

It would be my first one, but we have some good size shopping centers out here in Gainesville. With plenty of quick bites to eat if someone wants to grab a meal and hang out.
